What is Top Flight Fitness?
Top Flight Fitness is an Omaha boxing gym located at 3034 Sprague Street. Owned by former professional boxer Treven Coleman, Top Flight Fitness has been helping Omaha residents get in shape and stay in shape since 2019.
The Goals of Top Flight Fitness
The goal of Treven and his gym has been to give the community an outlet to stay active and prevent a sedentary lifestyle. The gym is comprised of a boxing section and a weightlifting section that offer a more dynamic workout.
Fitness Opportunities
Top Flight Fitness is now offering its own 90-Day Transformation Camp that begins on September 5th, 2023. This camp is designed to help anyone achieve peak physical and mental performance. The camp will be teaching how to eat, train, and recover to achieve your goals.
Top Flight Fitness and Freedomtainment Partnership
Through Treven Coleman’s personal training relationship with Calvin Williams, the founder of “Freedomtainment”, Treven has offered the services of his gym to Freedomtainment event visitors. Freedomtainment is an Omaha-based non-profit organization that provides North Omaha culture and influence in community-oriented events for the betterment of the community.
Free Fitness Classes by Top Flight Fitness
Top Flight Fitness will offer free classes in the park at the Level Up Job & Housing Fair for all family members to participate. Classes are at: 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. Also stop by their booth as they will have t-shirts, promotions, and information regarding their upcoming 90-Day Transformation Camp, starting 3 days after Level Up Labor Day Career & Housing Fair. Being a powerlifter myself, I think Top Flight Fitness’s offers at the upcoming Level Up Labor Day Career & Housing Fair are a great way to start your fitness journey and gain the knowledge and discipline to continue it throughout your life. About Freedomtainment's Level Up Career Fair
On Saturday, September 2nd from 11am-4pm at the Gene Leahy Mall, Freedomtainment will host the Level Up Job & Housing Fair for individuals that are ready to "level-up" or step up to a next level job, connect with Omaha area employers and resource providers.
